Year Round CSA Shares Available
Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA; sometimes known as community-shared agriculture) is an alternative, locally based economic model of agriculture and food distribution. Our CSA refers to a network or association of individuals who have pledged to support our local farms, with growers and consumers sharing the risks and benefits of food production.
We offer year-round 24-week shares so you are able to get the freshest fruits and veggies from organic growers that we have partnered with, all year long. During our growing season, more of the weekly items will come from our farm and we will have the variety available to fill in with other farmers. We also offer CSA Shares of our grass-fed, grass-finished beef and shares of Cada Dia grass-fed cheese.
CSA members pay at the onset of the 24-week period for a share of the harvest, at about 15% to 20% below retail. You may sell or donate any of your weekly shares in case you are not able to pick-up for any reason. (Having someone else pick-up your weekly share will be your responsibility to arrange. Just let me know the name of the person taking your share for that week.)
You will pick up your produce at our farm or from one of our other pick up locations – Farmers Market style. You will choose from the produce selection available and bring it home in your bags or boxes. Each week you will be able to choose from a variety of fruits & vegetables so your share will be just the way you like it. We also have a Home Delivery Option as well. Just add $5 per week.
Other farm products are available to add to your CSA share like honey, eggs, goat milk, wheatgrass, microgreens, other Farm Stand produce and flowers. You may also make special orders of large or small quantities for special occasions, entertaining or if you are juicing.
